Refund policy
Our promise in one sentence: if a toy from us doesn't get played with, you shouldn't be stuck with it.
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to change your mind.
What's refundable: anything in its original condition. Used a few times and it wasn't a fit? That's fine, that's the point of the played-with guarantee. Damaged, defective, or the wrong item? Always on us.
Who pays return shipping:

How to start a return: email [CONTACT EMAIL] with your order number and a quick note about what happened. We'll reply within 48 hours with the next step and the return address.
Refund timing: within 5 business days of receiving your return, or of your photo showing a damaged/defective item when no return is needed.
Exchanges: if you'd rather swap for a different toy, say so in your email and we'll handle it as a return plus a fresh order at no extra shipping cost to you.
